A collaboration project between INETEC – Institute for Nuclear Technology Ltd. and the University of Split - Faculty of Science.
The first step of the project consists of building and equipping a Class 10000 (ISO 7) clean room for micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS) applications.
Then secondly the development of piezoelectric films based ultrasound transducers for medical applications (ophthalmology and dermatology).
