STUDENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We believe in passing on our know-how to new generations and giving them a chance to get their hands on real projects that make a difference!
In doing our business, we maintain strong relationships with technical faculties in Croatia. This involves our student internship programs, which we organize during the summer months so that the students could devote their full attention to their internship tasks.
Before they start their internship, each student is assigned a mentor and a topic they will work on during the 4-week program. During their internship, students work on different tasks, develop new products and find solutions to real problems while receiving the support of mentors the entire time.
At the end of the internship, mentors evaluate the work done by the students, and the students also evaluate their mentors.
Our mentors create challenging tasks that lead to students showing additional interests and becoming more engaged in the work. The students choose the area they wish to work in based on their own interests, and they also have the opportunity to learn from real problems, as well as to contribute to new solutions.
Our student internship programs last 20 days and are all paid for!
Our internship programs are recognized by faculties as valid programs for their professional/industrial internship courses, and they also bring some additional benefits to students, such as: the possibility of continuing their cooperation with INETEC through student work, writing final projects and Master’s theses, gathering first-hand experience, the opportunity to connect theory and practice, business skills development and good references on the resume.
