Description of recruitment process at INETEC:

Our recruitment process is designed to give fair treatment to all candidates, efficiently use both candidates’ and recruiters’ time. It is our goal to make sure that, once you have applied for an open position, our company culture is right for you, and vice versa.

Here is what our recruitment process looks like:

Once you apply for a vacancy, and requirements are met, you will be invited by our Human Resources specialists for a job interview and psychological assessment. After that you will be invited for a follow-up interview with our team leader. Also, depending on the position you are applying for, you will be assigned a practical task to execute. Once these steps are carried out successfully, you become an INETEC team member.
