What will be your main tasks?

  • leads selection and recruitment processes (cooperation with managers in defining recruitment needs, improvement of recruitment and selection processes)
  • proposes and develops work performance management processes
  • conducts research into organizational culture and employee satisfaction and motivation
  • proposes and develops organizational development processes
  • proposes and develops educational and development programs and employee career development processes
  • proposes and implements HR processes and procedures (work regulations...)
  • participates in restructuring processes, job systematization, job descriptions and business process descriptions
  • ensures compliance with the Labor Law and internal acts
  • leads and supervises projects in the field of Human Resources
  • proposes and manages employer branding strategies
  • conducts coaching activities with employees

More about you:

The candidate should have the following experience and skills:

  • University degree
  • Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same or similar jobs
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of HRIS System (Preferably HR Net)
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Affinity to teamwork
  • Desire to learn and master new skills.
