QA Manager (m/f)

We are looking for QA Manager (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia.

What will you do?

• acts as a visionary leader of quality assurance experts, establishing and executing the quality assurance strategy in alignment with organizational goals

• acts independently as the employer's authorized representative for safety at work and implements the occupational safety

• responsible for leading the design and development phases (assessment of QA requirements, verification and determination of acceptability / validation pertinent to each design and development phase)

• responsible for overseeing adherence to industry standards such as ASME NQA-1, ISO, 10CFR50, ensuring timely implementation of updates during recertification processes

• responsible for the organization of inter-laboratory comparisons according to ISO 17025: 2017

• responsible for planning, preparing and overseeing audits and inspections within the organization and on site

• responsible for planning, preparation and implementation of external quality control at other organizations, is responsible for supplier development

• responsible for overseeing non-compliance reports and audit reports

• responsible for issuing, revising if necessary and supervising all organization documents and quality assurance documents

• responsible for issuing final reports, procedures, instructions and drafts

• responsible for the preparation and publication of quality manuals

• establishes and maintains a document classification system

• responsible for drafting proposals for reducing defects / complaints and increasing quality from own production and within the production of suppliers

• monitors and implements new technologies and technical achievements in the systems of existing and future INETEC products and processes

• responsible for preparing QA reports for customers, studies, project and / or technical documents, technical instructions and procedures and other documents

Who are we looking for?

The candidate should have the following experience and skills:

• Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• practical experience over the past 10 years of your career within maintenance, project management or quality management

• Proactivity - not only adhere to standards, but you are able to identify core issues, find a solution and set a standard that helps prevent or mitigate the problem

• excellent communication skills you are able to create buy-in for QA / QC topics amongst your stakeholders even in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.

• A mastery of English at Business level (verbal and written) is a must for this role.

• You are well versed in ISO 9001 (2015/2018) and also with other quality systems like PDRI, IPA, ISO, Prince or 6Sigma.
