We are looking for a Finance, Accounting and Controlling Specialist (m/f) to join our team.

What will be your main tasks?

  • monitoring liquidity, which includes monitoring payments, preparing profit and loss statement along with cash flow projections and monitoring sales realizations
  • booking of purchase invoices (foreign and domestic)
  • booking of sales invoices and making all other accounting entries which are necessary for timely reporting
  • creating monthly VAT calculation
  • preparing data for JOPPD file for travel warrants, audits as well as other regulatory and monitoring bodies and and for various financial analyses
  • performing the necessary actions for all types of imports and exports for business purposes • ensuring accordance with all laws and applicable regulations
  • preparing controlling reports which include reports by cost centers, projects and other • creating external reports in accordance with applicable regulation requirements
  • preparing and delivering annual financial reports, income tax return reports and other reports defined by law
  • cooperation and communication with banks, lawyers, Tax Administration and other regulatory bodies
  • coordinating the financial segment of managing EU projects and other grants
  • participation in the monitoring of contracts entered into with clients and execution of obligations related to the contracts from the financial and legal aspect (opening guarantees, letters of credit, payment tracking

More about you:

  • Master's Degree in Economics
  • at least three years of relevant experience working at the same or similar jobs
  • advantage: advanced knowledge of Excel
  • good command of English in speech and writing
  • propensity for teamwork
  • desire to learn and master new skills
