In 2003 INETEC established a student award in cooperation with the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, as well as with the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. The purpose of this initiative is to express appreciation for students' efforts and to encourage their future development. The yearly award "INETEC" is allotted as support to prospective students in the form of a plaque and financial fee for educational needs.
